We accept like-new products for returns/exchanges for any reason as long as it is shipped back (in the mail) within 30 days of the order being delivered.

Please note:

• The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: We offer free shipping on exchanges.
• Returns: The cost of the return label ($3) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Return Shipping Label: You have 10 days from creating the return label for the package to be scanned/sent for the return to be accepted.

For Returns: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. While we typically process returns promptly, please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of the items for the refund to reflect in your account, just to be on the safe side.

International Customers: We do not offer exchanges on international orders, but we do accept returns.

Sales / Promotions Price Adjustment: We do not offer price adjustments for promotions, discounts, or sales for orders placed before or after the promotion period.
