Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale apply to product purchases from Tara Elaina Jewelry.

• Order acceptance: We confirm orders by email. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the goods to the carrier.
• Pricing & taxes: Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
• Handmade products: Slight variations are normal for handmade jewelry and are not defects.
• Warranty: Items include a 60-day warranty covering chain and clasp defects (see our FAQ). Contact tara@taraelaina.com to arrange repair.
• Returns: See our Return and Refund Policy for the 30-day return/exchange window, $3 return-label fee, and related conditions.
• Promotions: Discounts and sales are not applied retroactively.
